Shipping & Handling

Shipments are usually sent ground via UPS. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery depending on your location and state. Next Day Air and other premium shipping services are available at additional cost. We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders based on the customer's past payment or credit history.

Orders will be process within 48 hours of the finalized order placement*.

Additional shipping charges will be applied when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Returns & Exchanges

A Return Authorization Form must be completed with our customer service department to get any exchange or refunds. All exchanges or returns shipping fee must be covered by the buyer. All returning packages MUST HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER so that the package does not get lost. Any exchange or refund products not received will not be refunded.

Please call our customer service department at 855-944-0511 to obtain an RA Form.  Certain terms and conditions may apply. Please state the reason for return. All return orders must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. The original package must be unopened and unused. Products cannot be returned once the product has been open or used on a patient.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately all orders purchase will be nonrefundable UNLESS the product is defective.
